These would be Garden Mums or Fall Mums?

Yes, there are too many possible answers but each plant pot should have a label at a nursery. People tend to treat Chrysanthemums as ‘disposable’ temporary decorations. The closest I can see to your images would be what is known as Lavender Daisy Chrysanthemum. When I worked as a floral designer I was able to take home the discarded plants and rejuvenate them and replant them in the spring.
