Habit : Cultivated Any idea about the family ? NO idea …! May be Melastomataceae member That was in my mind as well but no ID. Well, here we are again trying to obtain an ID with a single image. Please, is this a tree? Did you take photos of the entire plant? The leaves? Leaf arrangement along branch? Sorry for too many questions. you know i am going to ask for more information. what you remember and possibly more pictures. this is impossible to id as is presented Melastoma sanguineum Sims ??
