Curcuma aromatica Salisb. ?? Check the colour of the rhizome. Curcuma caesia or Curcuma zanthorrhiza
It is not C.caesia. Colour of rhizome/bulb is white with yellow ring, I think

Since the rhizome is ivory coloured it may be Curcuma picta. I have deleted the earlier mail with plant and inflorescence. PL. forward the same.
The inflorescence is used as a vegetable by the local people. It grows wild near paddy fields.
C. picta ?
That is what … has stated.
