I saw this small plant (Herb) very long back near damp area in Minnie Bay, South
Andaman, provided leaf, flower and fruits image.
Requested to please provide ID.

Seems to be Mecardonia acumiata. 

To me looks different from Mecardonia acuminata as per

Bacopa floribunda of Plantaginaceae.

No Sir till now I also couldn’t  identify this species.
