Definitely some Polyporaceae family member Could not find a match.
Can it be some Favolus species as per your post at Polyporus grammocephalus submission (efi page at Favolus grammocephalus (Berk.) Imazeki) ?
I don’t think its Favolus sp. because Favolus sp. is characterised by more flabelliform pileus and i think its more matching with Trametes sp. because of presence of concentric rings on pileus, i can’t find any Favolus sp. with such rings.
