Pelargonium × hybridum (L.) L’Hér. & Pelargonium × hortorum L.H.Bailey appears to be different, at least as per Catalogue of Life and The Plant List as per

I could not find the differences between these two, on searching net.
Your plant looks somewhat different earlier observations in efi site at Pelargonium × hortorum L.H. Bailey
Detailed account is available on Wikipedia of Pelargonium (including A. Zonal pelargoniums (Pelargonium × hortorum Bailey) and five other groups), but I could not find any mention of Pelargonium × hybridum (L.) L’Hér. here.
