Tephrosia apollinea ?? : 4 posts by 3 authors. 10 images.

This Tephrosia specimen is similar to T. purpurea except leaflets…. elliptical and apex acute, pointed.

Tephrosia apollinea has been suggested as possible ID.
Collected from roadside in Ankaleshwar, Gujarat on 23 Aug 2019.

To me also appears close to Tephrosia apollinea as per iNaturalist Wikipedia ILDIS
Thanks, …, for the beautiful presentation.

Tephrosia uniflora :: Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park :: 24 OCT 18 : 7 posts by 4 authors.

Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park, Jodhpur

Date: October 24, 2018 … Altitude: about 300 m (980 feet) asl

Tephrosia uniflora  Pers.

nice. natural occurrence or planted?

It could be either. Most of the flora in this park was planted (restored), after meticulously clearing the non-native Prosopis juliflora – this was about more than a decade ago.

Ok, thanks.

This looks like Tephrosia apollinea … flowers coming on a peduncle, goes against T. uniflora.
I am looking for details of elusive T. uniflora subsp. uniflora … Please help in this regard.

Thanks … I went by Flora of that park, without much checking. Will correct the ID if any mistake.

Tephrosia apollinea was a very common plant in Oman.
I have seen and photographed around Muscat a number of times.

Thanks very much …
Do you agree with … thought that my posted plant is Tephrosia apollinea ?

It does look similar.
