Habit : Wild Appears to be some Polyporaceae member as per comparative images herein.
Appears similar to Microporus species, but on a stand. Lower surface is also all together different.
Microporus xanthopus ??
Lower surface totally looks different as per Microporus xanthopus as per details and references herein.
