… guessed correctly. Probably it may be variety or cultivar, but I feel it is Orthosiphon aristatus only

No. Leaves look different. Inflorescence is also a bit different. 

Can it be some Clerodendrum or similar genera like Rotheca ?
But I could not find any match as per comparative images herein.
The flower characters and the inflorescence indicate it is Orthosiphon!
This one is Orthosiphon sp., while the white flower one sent in the morning is Clerodendrum!

I checked two other species found in India as per details at Orthosiphon.
But this is not matching with either of these two also as per
Orthosiphon scapiger Benth. as per GBIF
Orthosiphon incurvus Benth. as per GBIF and Plant illustrations
