I think it should be Callicarpa vestita Wall. ex C.B.Clarke as per keys and details at Callicarpa‎ and as per specimens at GBIF (only first two are correct).
Another possibility was Callicarpa lobata C. B. Clarke syn. of Callicarpa tomentosa (L.) L., but here the leaf veins are 6-9 pairs as per Biotik.
Also images here looks different from others at Callicarpa arborea Roxb.
