I think it is having two different fruits from different species in the image.
Pl. check Sterculia foetida. To me fruit with four parts looks close.
Looks different from Heritiera, though from the same family.
This was earlier identified in your another post at MS Feb,2017/03 Heritiera sp. for id
However, single fruit and leaves may be of some other species.
On further scrutiny of all species as mentioned in BSI Flora of India with details, I found these may be close to Heritiera papilio Bedd. as per details and references herein.
You may also check Heritiera macrophylla as per
To me appears close for the single fruit.
Pl. see high resolution specimen at GBIF

Location : Sesawm, Mizoram
Date : 25-04-2011 Habit : Medium-sized or large tree Habitat : Wild. This appears to be from some other genus of Malvaceae. Sterculia ? Appears to be some spp of Sterculia.. I think matches with images of Sterculia foetida L. as per comparative images at Sterculia
Same as in MS Nov.,2019/20 Heritiera sp. for id I am sure the plant is not Sterculia foetida. I am familiar with this plant (S.foetida) …: Please post the habit picture as well as the foliage closeup.
