Looks like a spike of Clerodendrum paniculatum, fallen down. I may be totally off the mark, this is my best guess based on image provided.
Details are not clear. Pl. post high resolution image. .

I checked with most of the images at Clerodendrum paniculatum
May be. Leaves look a bit different and flowers with a bit smaller inflorescence (but it has a name Clerodendrum diversifolium Vahl as a syn.) |
