Sending some plant photographs for Identity, These are climbing species of tropical forests.
Locality-Papum Pare district of Arunachal Pradesh

Seems to be Tetrastigma sp.

Vitaceae.

Does not look like  !

Keys in Flora of Bhutan at Tetrastigma lead me to Tetrastigma campylocarpum.
But it is not matching, particularly the thorns as per
POWO  GBIF  FLora of China  FOC Illustration

Keys from Flora of Bhutan at Vitaceae‎, also lead me to Cissus elongata, which appears a better possibility as per efi site  Flora of China Foc Illustration  Flora of peninsular India
But I am not satisfied as leaves appear to be entire in the post.
Another possibility of Cyphostemma auriculatum is also not matching.

Tetrastigma sp.

Keys in Flora of Bhutan at Vitaceae lead me to Cissus (there is only Cissus elongata Roxb. with palmately 5-foliate leaves) or Cyphostemma (I do not know if there is any species in your area).
Pl. check images at Cissus elongata

What are the species of Cissus and Cyphostemma reported from your area ?
Any keys of Vitaceae ?

Cissus adnata, C.aristata, C.assamica, C.discolor & C.repens are reported in Mizoram

I think Cissus elongata Roxb. is the best bet. It is distributed in Bhutan, India (Darjeeling, Assam, Meghalaya), Bangladesh, Myanmar [Burma] (Kachin, Sagaing), China (Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan), Sikkim, Andamans as per Catalogue of Life (Cissus elongata subsp. elongata)
