Badrinath, Uttarakhand, June 09.
I feel it’s also Berberis aristata & not Berberis angulosa due to flowers in drooping axillary many-flowered clusters as in Berberis aristata & not (usually) solitary as in Berberis angulosa. Also Berberis angulosa appears out of range as per Concise Flowers of the Himalayas.
Flowers solitary. Do not think B. angulosa!
Definitely not B. angulosa. Not sure what it is? Need to look at the flower details and fruits
I guess it is close to Berberis asiatica Roxb. ex DC. !
