Potentilla doubjouneana Cambess. 

Similar in appearance to P. gelida but with prostrate to ascending habit, obconic toothed stipules, obovate-cuneate toothed leaflets, outer sepals (epicalyx) 3-fid, bright yellow petals 8-9 mm long, about 20 stamens and numerous carpels, achenes smooth.
