Looks like Phiopedilum hybrid!
This is a hybrid of Paphiopedilum sukhakhulii.
Not a true form.
Saw one cross which suits this, but I am not good at hybrid. Paphiopedilum sukhakulii x lawrenceanum
Thanks a lot for the suggested id.
It does match, even the dotted leaves.
