Yes, it is hirtipes, probably subsp. atrata – but as the diagnostic frond-base is missing, esp,. stipe with all scales and lowest pinna – the specimen is totally inadequate and should not have been illustrated as it gives a bad example.  Frond-BASES not apices, please!
