This is Peperomia dindygulensis Miq. as per POWO  Flora of Karnataka (Peperomia dindygulensis Miq.) Flora of peninsular India  (Peperomia dindygulensis Miq.)
According to the India biodiversity both are same. Peperomia dindigulensis is synonym of P.leptostachya.

I think, not emarginatifolia. Might be fall in portulacoides or dindygulensis

I will keep it as Peperomia dindygulensis Miq., for the time being, based on POWO and FoPI specimens compared to those of Peperomia portulacoides (Lam.) A.Dietr. as per POWO and FoPI.
