Is it tamarind (Tamarindus indica)? I am not sure. Thanks … In tamarind the compound leaves are alternate. But, here it is opposite. Our tamarind has opposite leaflets. Please check the compound leaf arrangement. Note the leaflets please. I am attaching the photograph of a compound leaf of tamarind. The whole structure is a leaf. For your information. You are right.
