Seems to be some Zinnia. Could be Zinnia angustifolia.

It is Zinnia angustifolia. Cultivar is Star Gold.

Please ID this ornamental creeping plant with white flowers. Photo was taken in Sri Lanka in Dec 2013.

This is possibly Zinnia angustifolia – a variety.
