It is a species of Lepisanthes (Sapindaceae)

Lepisanthes rubiginosa (Roxb.) Leenh. ??

Thanks, …, I think looks a bit different as per comparative images at Lepisanthes

Could it be some Baccauria? Not seen before.

Does not look like Baccaurea sp.

I think it should belong from Sapindaceae.

May be Allophylus sp.

I think it also does not match with any species of Allophylus as per details herein.

I am Sorry. I didn’t know the name of the Plant. It is new to me.

I still feel it matches with Lepisanthes rubiginosa (Roxb.) Leenh. since it has distribution in Arunacha Pradesh, leaf venations looks matching and flower buds also looks matching to the efi posts.
