Seems to be Araucaria columnaris

Thank you for the stem photo but these are a bit younger to compare as at a young stage it looks similar.
I searched a mature plant here in Nepal to identify similar species. I had to wait for a year.
In the young stage only can be traced from commercial name or from the nearby nursery.
but as of branchlets looks closer to A. heterophylla or A. columnaris
