I searched in typical places of internet. Transliteral Foundation is the only place that has the word उलफुली (ulaphuli) on a webpage. No where else it appears. Neither are results available for ulaphuli.
Hopefully some Marathi knowing person familiar with (edible) greens of rural regions will be able to help.
In the Transliteral Foundation page, it says it is similar to plant called takla – and that is Senna tora.
Plants similar to S. tora are S. obtusifolia.and S.uniflora.
But I have not found ulaphuli tagged to them’.
