Saxifraga sibirica. Basal leaves are hidden behind some other cushionoid herb.

Thank you …!

I was sure about the genera but not the species..
the basal herb leaves are very rough and hard type.

Certainly a member of Saxifraga section Porphyrion where leaves bear distinct chalk glands.

Closer to Saxifraga stolitzkae and allied species.

Saxifraga cinerea Harry Sm.- Endemic to Nepal ??

Thank you …!! I could not find a photo of basal leaves.

Saxifraga cinerea suggested by … seems correct to me.

It is more closer to Saxifraga cinerea Harry Sm. than Saxifraga stolitzka.

As of basal part..
