Ischaemum travancorense. It was earlier thought to be endemic to Western Ghats but was later reported from central india also. Kindly provide a focused closeup of single pair of spikelet showing the nodules on the glume of sessile spikelet, pedicel of pedicelled spikelet and wing on the lower glume of pedicelled spikelet. Also a photo of the lower leaves.
