This herb was spotted on wet rocks near Kemmangundi, Karnataka.
Could this be Neanotis tubulosa (Family: Rubiaceae)??.

Thanks, … It looks different from images and references at Neanotis tubulosa

Not Neanotis, it appears to be Oldenlandia. It is beautiful!

The same plant photographed by me, is also posted at eFI.
The ID is pending.
Let us hope someone helps us with ID.

ID please … … (family: ¿ Rubiaceae ?)
Dear friends,
Small herb growing on wet (water dripping) rock face. Tiny flower about 8 mm across, not certain.
Hopefully photos help in recognizing the plant.

It may be Neanotis tubulosa (G.Don) Mabb. (= Neanotis quadrilocularis (Thwaites) W.H.Lewis), reported in Hassan district flora.

Thanks very much … for suggesting the possibility of Neanotis tubulosa (G.Don) Mabb.
I will label my photos with this tentative ID.
Hoping we get validating comment(s) here.

Does not match with images at threads under Neanotis tubulosa
