A small wild plant seen with tiny white flowers on 12/2/2010.
Sorry for the bad picture quality

Could this be Spermacoce assurgens, commonly known as the Buttonweed?

As per GRIn it is syn. of Spermacoce remota Lam.

Looks like ID is correct but did not find distribution in Oman and also this is still being displayed in uN ID list !

I think appears close to Spermacoce remota, but I think no distribution, as pointed out by …

small herb with tiny white flowers about 3mm across
seen near an open paddy field
at havelock island in the last week of december 2012.
would appreciate a confirmation

It doesn’t look like S. ocymoides to me. It may be Mitracarpus. Would like to know the id.

Appears close to images at Spermacoce remota
Only the corolla shape is creating some doubt.
