Please help me to identify this species of Dioscorea.
Place: Assam
Date: 12/10/20

What are the species reported from your area?
To me it appears similar to Dioscorea deltoidea Wall. ex Griseb.as already identified at ID No. 30102020_1 RD, as tubers appear similar.

Can this also be Dioscorea decipiens Hook. f. as per details at Flora of China and FoC illustration?
After going through this and Dioscorea deltoidea Wallich ex Grisebach in Martius as per Flora of China and FoC illustration, I feel it more close to Dioscorea decipiens Hook. f.

I will go for Dioscorea decipiens Hook. f. as per GBIF specimens and details at Flora of China and FoC illustration

Dioscorea decipiens

I will go for Dioscorea decipiens Hook. f. as per GBIF specimens and details at Flora of China and FoC illustration, as the leaves are quite variable, unless some other species have similar tubers. I think tubers are the most important aspect in this id.
