Attaching a few images of a phrynium species.
Can the plant be Phrynium placentarium ??

Yes, Dada, I think your id is correct.

Of three species in “Bengal Plants”, this is the closest id – Plant illustrationsStachyphrynium placentarium (Lour.) Clausager & Borchs.

The other two are –
  1. POWO 1 (flowers white or yellow, as in above)- Phrynium imbricatum Roxb.
  2. POWO 2 (flowers purple)- Phrynium pubinerve Blume

Thank you.

I think it is Phrynium imbricatum. Check the fruit if it is elongate triangular and brown you can confirm it.
