What could these blobs be?: 3 images.

Looks like Nostoc balls..
It could be hydrophytes and algae.
Most probably some blue-green algae belonging to the genus Anabaena or Nostoc. Contact
some algologist.
the second image looks like algae. The other two photographs look leafy in appearance but it is not possible for me to figure it out.
