Native, invasive naturalized, non-invasive but naturalized and exotic:
I am working on phylogeny project according to APG system of classification . So I initially need to sort the species that I collected on the basis of Native, invasive naturalized, non-invasive but naturalized and exotic. Therefore please suggest me any website to check whether a species is falling in anyone of the category .. Moreover can you explain me the meaning of codes like [I] and [C] written after countries name on website Catalogue of life in distribution section of each species.

This is as per his comment at

[I] means introduced and [C] means cultivated in the Catalogue of Life.
