I do not have the real idea of the flowering of the species as it is not commonly found in the wild and the cultivated variants hardly bear any spike.
But as per the common pattern April to June could be the possible period.
Leaf venation looks different from P. betle and I have no idea about its elevation range.
According to the leaf venation it looks near to P. longum but I am not sure about the elevation range since it is shot at 5500ft. I have been monitoring this plant since 2018 but never saw it flowering and the locals said they have seen it never flowering. The plant is huge (long) hanging from cliff and near perennial water source. Leaf size looks bigger as described in efn.

By the way Piper betle sp. is not found in Nepal in wild.
