I hope you’re well. This looks like a Begonia anaimalaiensis.
May I ask if any other Begonias were found in that area?
In Goa Begonia crenata Dryand. (by R S Rao) and Begonia integrifolia Dalzell (by Dr. Aitawade Makarnd) only two species are recorded.
