2. Group inodorous: Smooth thin skinned melons with white or greenish flesh without strong aroma.
3. Group reticulatus: distinctly netted skin and lighter coloured flesh

I suppose this is typical Linnean species of Cucumis melo This fruit is sold in most of the markets of Bangalore, even in Mumbai in the name of kharbooja

Section showing flesh should help but looks C. melo subsp. cantalupo, muskmelon (cantaloupe here in USA) if flesh is orange yellow
