Requesting to please ID this plant with blue flowers captured at Lohagad near Pune in August 2013.

Is this Adelocaryum malabaricum?

This is a very rain-drenched Common Hill Borage [Adelocaryum coelestinum].

As per FoI, Adelocaryum coelestinum has white flowers with a blue centre, therefore differs from these pics

… strongly believe this to be the Malabar hill borage, Adelocaryum malabaricum (Boraginaceae).
