Shrub or small tree, 2-6.5m. Leaves lanceolate to oblanceolate, 9-16cm, acuminate, attenuate at base or rarely obliquely rounded, glabrous, glossy above; petioles c 7mm. Stipules 4-7mm. Cymes c 10mm across; bracts and bracteoles ciliate, hairy within. Calyx tube c o.5mm; calyx lobes irregular, triangular, 0.5-1.5, acuminate. Corolla tube c 2.3mm; corolla lobes orbicular to ovate, 0.8-1.6mm, white, apex rounded or apiculate. Fruit white, c 6mm across; seeds c 10seeds; calyx persistent.

In or at margins of warm broad-leaved evergreen and deciduous forests.

N. khasiana ??

Looks more like Coffea species. Fruits of Nostolachma sp look different

It is coffee family (Rubiaceae) plant. Please find out using local flora. Is it wild or cultivated?

what is the flower colour?

No flowers.

The only rubiaceae member that comes closer to this concerned species is Hyptianthera stricta (Roxb. ex Schult.) Wight & Arn.

Points to be noted :
  1. more detailed pictures and/or description featuring different aspects of the species would have been much appreciated, and most importantly, would have helped to zero in.  Otherwise much time is wasted.
  2. As per ‘Flora Indica’, Randia stricta ( Hyptianthera stricta ) is “… shrubby …”
  3. As per a paper, from Thailand, on Rubiaceae, ” ….. Hyptiathera stricta is variable in oth vegetative features and characters ….”

Nevertheless, no word above ever claims that this species is Hyptianthera stricta (Roxb. ex Schult.) Wight & Arn.

But unable to confirm as I can not see the details of flowers clearly in these images. 

I agree with the id, …, attached here is a magnified picture of the flowers (though not clear). Flowers can be four or five merous.

And Bengal Plants or Flora of British India lists one single species.
