Appears to be some Solanum species


I have checked listed in Nepal but did not find a match. I had

mentioned Solanaceae only.


Looks closer to  genus Lycianthes.


could it be ardisia ?

Lycianthes lysimachioides (Wall.) Bitter  ??
Difficult for ID as all Lycianthes fruits are red !

Pl. check Calyx from images at Flickr (with few images on either side)

For me Flickr image look like matching but difficult to confirm.


I guess this is Lycianthes biflora (Lour.) Bitter since the calyx 10 dentate.
