I need a bit of help from all experts in the field.
i need a list of families arranged in order of their primitiveness of advancement over the other families. In other words, i need to know which families are advanced and which families are primitive according to the latest APG III system.
Can anyone please guide or help (with a document/research paper/link) me in this regard??

The following paper by Haston et al. (2009) lists the families (from primitive to most advanced) recognized in the APG III classification.
