Looks close but I am not so sure. Elevation difference is about 1250ft.
The link I have given states distribution as East Nepal, India (Sikkim, Darjeeling and Assam) (Tateishi, 1985).
Darjeeling is at around the posted elevation and may be Sikkim also.
