Begonia species- Panchase, Pokhara, Nepal

SK 3948 03 April 2024 – Begonia: 4 very high res. images.

I’m not sure, but the red hairs on the tepals are not a match for B. palmata. I’d need to see a more mature plant to be sure, this one looks stunted. It could be B. nuwakotensis, or perhaps B. flaviflora (??).

However, the leaf looks different from B. nuwakotensois !

And B. flaviflora also does not look a match since it is found in Eastern Nepal only above 2100m.

It does not match with any sp. as listed in the book by KK shrestha et all.

So where to keep it as of now?
