This herb was seen alongside the trek on the slopes at an elevation of around 12,500 ft. while trekking from Seshnag Camp (12,000 ft.) to Mahaguna (Ganesh) Top (14,800 ft.) on 8.7.26.


in your plant basal leaves are reniform, and uppermost not divided, it should be V. pyrolifolia Decne.
Pl see my plant of V. jatamansi from Nainital, it has cordate basal leaves and uppermost pair pinnatisect
