Is it Delphinium? Flowers awaited…

Thank you for the hint. It is very far to follow up for the inflorescence. However, is it matching with Delphinium stapeliosum Bruhl ex Huth.

Aconitum ferox Wall. ex Ser. ??

I do not think so as per images at Aconitum ferox

Aconitum violaceum Jacquem. ex Stapf may be possible.

But the altitude is too low.
