Otherwise if for conservation of Indian species, we have rare Trachycarpus fortunei (Hook.) H.Wendl. and Trachycarpus takil Becc.
If from outside India, we can not say.

Closest I can go as per comparative images is Bismarckia nobilis Hildebr. & H.Wendl.
But can not be sure with only this image.
