Could this be Astrophytum, Bishop’s Cap Cactus?

On searching the net, found this possibility.
it is astrophytum ornatum A small, cultivated, potted Cactus seen at the Bonsai, Bougainvillea and Cactus Show at MNP, in Mumbai.
