Looks like some Acanthaceae sp. again..
I had seen this in Chikmaglur region (Karnataka) near Village Kolugame..

Going by other specimens (Specimen 1, Specimen 2), I think leaves appear to be quite variable.
I have checked all other species found in India. It does not match with other species as per details at Asystasia
