Had been to a short visit to Austria and Rome this summer. I could manage to get some pics. These flowers were on the banks of a lake in Switzerland. Could you please ID the same. A suggestion on Facebook indicated Aubretia species. Would appreciate experts’ opinion. Yes ! Thank you … for validating. Any idea on the species level ID? Could not go beyond ! There appears to be many species and hybrids as per net. Difficult to pin point anyone like Aubrieta deltoidea I hope. It looks rather like a cultivar of Aubrieta deltoidea (Brassicaceae). |
