Excellent shots, …!
I think it is Indotristicha ramosissima (Podostemaceae).

very nice. tickled my funny bone reminds me of some scenes from pirates of the carribean… love it

Two more photos of habitat and habit-

Not Indotristicha ramosissima (Wight) P. Royen as per Fwd: Regarding Indotristicha ramosissima

I think it should be Dalzellia ceylanica as per FOI and Flora of Peninsular India

I do not think this is Dalzellia. According to the key – Flora of Peninsular India the flowers here are zygomorphic. Flower morphology is similar to Cladopus hookeriana (syn Griffithella hookeriana). But the family is diverse, so I am not sure if there is enough detail to confirm.

Yes, it is Cladopus sp., thank you very much for the genus ID

It’s an Angiosperm one expert says its member of Podostemaceae

Yes …, it is very close to Cladopus hookeriana. Thank you very much for ID my plant

I have never seen a bryophyte such as this. There is a saprophytic moss Buxbaumia or Cladopus as you presume. You can contact someone in Europe. Sorry, I cannot help you this time.

It’s member of flowering plants family Podostemaceae

Flora of Peninsular India only lists one species of Cladopus i.e. Cladopus hookeriana:
