Convolvulus arvensis ?

please identify the plant here in picture. It is from a pavement on the road leading to President’s Palace, Warsaw

The leaves appear to be Vinca and the flower Convolvulus.

Looks to be Convolvulus arvensis (?) growing mixed in with Periwinkle (Vinca minor)..
