Comments for inclusion with the images attached below: Cotoneaster schubertii G.Klotz – the type specimen is from the Kashmir Valley; the type specimen is in the Luther University at Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. Stewart (1972) was not aware of this species. It was previously known only from Pakistan & Kashmir. These images were taken at Udaipur, Lahoul, Himachal Pradesh at some 2700m in October. .
