In Oman we have something very similar Crotalaria aegyptiaca. At a quick glance through Google image search, aegyptiaca and burhia do look similar. But I did not find C. aegyptiaca listed in Jodhpur Jaisalmer flora references on internet … may be I will have to re look. .   A bush from Rajasthan: This is a bush shared in photos by one of my friends. I have no idea about it. can you pls help me identify this only through two attached pictures.. Resembles Crotalaria sp.,

I would like to share the details of desert plant C. burhia. The species widely distributed as a weed in arid and semi-arid areas of India. Habit: Tall busy, under shrus. Leaves: Sessile, elliptic-oblong or lanceolate, appressed silky-pubescent. Inflorescence: Terminal racemes. Flower: Yellow Flowering: Almost throughout the year. Location: Kachchh, Gujarat, Western India. Distribution- For India: Gujarat, Rajasthan, Panjab, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra.
